  No. when the program ends, you can continue to use your profile at QuietAgent.com without any fees.

  QuietAgent is the technology provider to United We Work. QuietAgent is a next-generation job matching network. Job seekers complete an anonymous career profile (résumé), which continually keeps an eye out for their next career step. No job searching, no job alerts, no applying to jobs – totally anonymous. Employers create a search that instantly shortlists, and continually keeps an eye out for, only the best qualified candidates who want the job. No job postings, no unqualified candidates. • How can this all be free? Am I going to get spammed if I join?

  United We Work is free because a group of companies that care about the communities they operate in wanted to help get people back to work as quickly as possible. If you join, you will not be sent any email or other communication whatsoever, that is not directly related to your QuietAgent profile and your desire to find a new job.

Employers

• Is there any cost to join United We Work?

  No. As an employer you may join United We Work and use the QuietAgent website to search, engage and hire job seekers without any fees for the duration of the United We Work program.

• What am I actually joining?

  When you join United We Work as an employer, you are joining QuietAgent – a next-generation job matching network. QuietAgent allows you to easily find, engage and hire job seekers through a unique matching process. • Will I ever have to pay any recruiting fees?

  United We Work is free for any employer throughout 2009, and continues to be free for employers with less than 100 employees, through end June 2010.

• What happens after the United We Work program ends?

  You can choose to keep your profile active on QuietAgent.com and continue to find candidates and hire, or delete your account.

• How many recruiters can I have on the system?

  Unlimited.

• How many searches, candidate or hires can I make?

• I'm a contract recruiter, can I join?

  No. Recruitment agencies, search firms, retained search or any other entity or organization that provide candidate sourcing services that on-sell, directly sell or otherwise charge employers fees to find, engage and hire candidates and / or any other candidate sourcing activities, may not join nor use the United We Work program. This program is designed to eliminate fees from recruitment to allow more people to get hired in this economic climate. You may however join QuietAgent.com

• We're a search firm, can we join?

  No. Recruitment agencies, search firms, retained search or any other entity or organization that provide candidate sourcing services that on-sell, directly sell or otherwise charge employers fees to find, engage and hire candidates and / or any other candidate sourcing activities, may not join nor use the United We Work program.
